Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between SpectralNodes, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Client" or "User."

Acceptance of Terms

By using the hosting services provided by SpectralNodes, including Virtual Private Servers (VPS), game servers, and Discord bots, the Client agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If the Client does not agree with these terms, they should not use the services.

Description of Services

SpectralNodes offers hosting services including but not limited to Virtual Private Servers (VPS), game servers, and Discord bots. The Client acknowledges that the features and specifications of the services may change without notice.

Account Registration

To use the services, the Client must create an account and provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and is liable for all activities that occur under their account.

Prohibited Activities

The Client agrees not to engage in any activities that violate federal laws, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorized access or use of systems or networks.
• Distribution of malware or other malicious activities.
• Violation of intellectual property rights.
• Any form of illegal or abusive behavior.
• Any form of cryptomining

Payments and Billing

The Client agrees to pay all fees associated with the selected hosting services. Payments are due on a recurring basis, and failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy

SpectralNodes is committed to protecting the privacy of the Client's information. The privacy policy is outlined separately and can be found on the SpectralNodes website.

Limitation of Liability

SpectralNodes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

Termination of Services

SpectralNodes reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time, without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary by SpectralNodes.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

SpectralNodes reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. The Client is responsible for regularly reviewing the terms. Continued use of the services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By using SpectralNodes's hosting services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
