We offer a 5-day refund period from the date of purchase for all our hosting services, including Virtual Private Servers (VPS), game servers, and Discord bots. This allows you to test our services and ensure they meet your requirements.

- Specify the reason for the refund request
- Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund Conditions

- No violations of our Terms of Service must have occurred

Processing Time

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution. Credit card refunds typically take 3-5 business days, while PayPal refunds are usually instant.
